Mother worried about daughter at Lakehead rest area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a third-hand report from a concerned mother about her adult daughter, who may be on a ski boat with a wakeboard tower near Lakeshore Drive by the southbound Lakehead rest area and is not answering calls or texts after reported alcohol use. Units are conducting a welfare check in the area.
