Man pulls knife and tries to stab victim near CVS

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from near a CVS parking lot on Eleventh Street in Lakeport about an apparent attempted stabbing. The caller said an unknown man pulled out a knife, tried to stab him, and possibly tried to take his car before leaving on foot toward a nearby bank. The suspect was described as a man wearing a blue hat, blue shorts, and carrying a backpack, associated with a silver Subaru parked in front of the building.
