Cars parked at electric vehicle chargers

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer in the Madison Park area was flagged down by a man reporting that combustion engine vehicles were parked in spaces reserved for electric vehicle chargers. The officer acknowledged the concern and assisted at the scene.
