Loose dog running across freeway traffic lanes

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes officers and animal control attempting to capture a loose dog running back and forth across freeway lanes near Bridgeport Way in Lakewood. All lanes are reportedly blocked at times as vehicles stop and traffic slows while responders try to secure the animal. A disabled vehicle is also noted as abandoned in a lane and a tow truck is requested.
