Driver reportedly intoxicated on Highway 160

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible intoxicated driver in a small silver car traveling on Highway 160 near a towing business outside Lamar, later reported on T Highway. The vehicle is described as riding on a rim with a missing tire and nearly causing a head-on collision. Deputies coordinate to locate and stop the vehicle.
