Too many people are walking arrogantly in the street, expecting you to stop and bow down to them walking in the street!! This needs to stop!! Police need to give tickets out to all of those walking in the streets. i also saw a male lying down on the side of the street on the white line. I almost called 911, but i didn't. This stupidity needs to stop!!
