Road rage assault in Costco parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible road rage incident in a parking lot near a store on West Avenue L in Lancaster. A male adult allegedly yelled at and hit another person in the face before leaving the area. The reporting person went inside the store with a manager to obtain video of the apparent battery.
