As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a code 4 disturbance call on Elm Avenue that appears to involve a small fire near a garage in a heavily brushed area. The reporting party reportedly used a fire extinguisher to mostly put out the fire, but smoke was still visible, and fire units were responding to check the situation.
