Downed lines and transformer fire near Lancaster home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near a residence in the Lancaster area for downed power lines and a possible transformer fire. Occupants of the nearby apartments were advised to stay out while units monitored the small fire and requested the utility company.
