Elderly man with arm cuts after possible assault

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were sent near Spring Street in Lancaster for a 70-year-old man who was reportedly assaulted and had cuts to his arm and elbow. The man was conscious and breathing when responders were dispatched.
