Car hits Chihuahua at North Tyler and Linden

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested to contact the driver of a white Nissan Rogue near North Tyler Street and West Linden Street after the vehicle reportedly struck a small dog that ran into the road. The driver appears to have the dog in the car during the contact.
