Neglected dogs reported at Ohio Avenue residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded to a report of possible animal neglect near North Ohio Avenue in Hudson. An anonymous caller reported an emaciated adult dog and several puppies kept in a small outdoor cage at a residence.
