Power line arcing at East Rice and South Central

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible electrical hazard involving a power line arcing near East Rice Street and South Central Avenue in Landis. Additional units were later dispatched to a separate traffic rollover crash reported near North Cannon Boulevard and Beechwood Road, where callers reported everyone was out of the vehicle.
