Vehicle leaves roadway and ends up in creek

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders are sent to a vehicle that reportedly went off the road into a creek near Big Horse Creek Road. The driver, the only occupant, apparently left the vehicle and climbed up the bank to wait for help.
