Sibling dispute over property wiring at Webb Road home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible civil and family dispute at a residence on Webb Road. A caller said a relative who lives with her was disconnecting her wires, and she wanted to speak with an officer because she pays the bills and something was not working. Radio traffic later referred to a possible trespass situation involving a person causing civil problems with the resident. Units were sent to check the situation, and separate radio traffic also mentioned a medical response for a sick person at another address, which may or may not be related.
