Juveniles on e-bikes reportedly chasing people in park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to Washington Park for reports that two juveniles on e-bikes were chasing people along the sidewalk on the north side of the park. One juvenile was described as wearing a black and red jersey with the number 11 and a helmet, and the other as wearing a black shirt with green writing and a blue and white helmet. People in the background reportedly sounded upset or yelling as they were being chased.
