Verbal domestic dispute on 11th Avenue Northwest

The caller was apparently trying to leave while another person was preventing them from leaving. One person reportedly left in a black Kia and the complainant left in a white Honda and said he would not return. The situation was later treated as a trespass-related verbal altercation.
