Neighbor’s dog repeatedly tries to attack resident

As discussed during the dispatch call, a deputy was dispatched to a home near West 15th Street in Larned to speak with a resident reporting a neighbor’s aggressive Rottweiler mix that has allegedly tried to attack him multiple times, including earlier today.
