Smoke investigation on River Street in Laurens

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a reported smoke condition near River Street. One engine assumed River Street command on arrival and a second engine was canceled. A separate medical call for chest pain was dispatched to Jerry Hughes Drive in Gray Court.
