Woman stabbed arm with fork during panic attack

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a possible medical emergency involving an adult woman who reportedly stabbed herself in the arm with a fork during a panic attack near Church Street in Laurens. Fire units were also sent to a separate report of smoke inside a single-family home near Wedgewood Drive, which appeared to be related to food burning in a microwave. Some responding units were later diverted or canceled based on updated needs at each scene.
