Alarm and smoke report at Modine plant checked

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a manufacturing plant on Rinky Avenue for a reported water flow alarm and possible smoke. Crews checked the Modine facility and an older adjacent building, and it appears the issue was related to a power problem and alarm maintenance rather than an active fire.
