Woman has allergic reaction and breathing difficulty at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical personnel were dispatched to a location near Kingsley Road in Lebanon for a possible allergic reaction involving a 33-year-old woman who was reportedly having difficulty breathing.
