Rock damages car windshield on North Highway 5

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a late-call traffic crash where a rock apparently broke a caller’s windshield on North Highway 5 just outside the Lebanon city limits, and the caller requested to speak with a trooper by phone.
