Resident reports cans thrown into yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic suggests a resident on Hoover Avenue in Lebanon reported that someone has been throwing cans into his yard. He told dispatch he had already spoken with an officer and now has video that may show the suspected vandalism.
