Man found on floor with chest pain, slurred speech

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a man found on the floor inside a camper at a Riverside Street campground near Leesburg. A neighbor reported he had not been seen for about a week. The man was somewhat responsive and later complained of chest pain and apparent slurred speech, and law enforcement, fire, and EMS were dispatched to the scene.
