Two-vehicle rear-end crash with serious injuries

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a two-vehicle rear-end collision near 500 North in the North Webster area. One vehicle sustained heavy front-end damage. Multiple fire and EMS units, including Tower 7, took command, and a helicopter was requested for assistance.
