Car hydroplanes and blocks roadway near Sonic lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a traffic incident near US 171 and West Union Street by the Sonic Drive-In parking lot, where a vehicle was reportedly on top of a back way and the roadway was blocked. Radio traffic later mentioned possible hydroplaning with tire tracks off the road, but the involved vehicle appeared to have already left.
