Man accused of urinating in drive-through area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a business near a highway in Leming about a male–female pair who were inside earlier and are now outside by the dumpsters. The caller reported that the male may have urinated inside the drive-through area and continues to loiter near the business entrance.
