Assault and theft reported on Locust Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible battery near Locust Street, where the caller says her nephew was jumped by two men in blue clothing. The men reportedly left toward Lemoore in a newer white four-door Honda and may have stolen a computer and backpack.
