False alarm after fire test at West Main building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported fire alarm at a commercial building near West Main Street. Responders found a maintenance worker who had tested the alarm earlier, and the alarm was believed to be related to that testing. A separate possible minor vehicle crash was also reported at Jackson Street and State Street.
