Two patients treated for nosebleeds near Lennox

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance was dispatched near West 5th Avenue in Lennox for two patients with nosebleeds. One patient is a 37-year-old male who is conscious and breathing. Both patients reportedly developed nosebleeds while working downstairs.
