Head-on crash near Lenore highway rest stop

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical and rescue units were dispatched to a reported head-on traffic collision near the Lenore Rest Stop on US Highway 12. Early reports indicated law enforcement had not yet arrived at the scene.
