Young child found running in street near home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a very young child running in the street near Fourth Street. The child was described as wearing a light blue shirt and a diaper and holding an electronic tablet. The reporting party later stated that the child’s mother came outside, and police contact was requested.
