Truck blocking road and driveway on Cook Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a parking complaint near Cook Street in Lester about a black Dodge Ram truck that was reportedly blocking the roadway and driveway access. The vehicle was moved briefly to let someone into a driveway and then moved back, apparently blocking the driveway again.
