Officer checks gray Cadillac and driver address

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer conducted a vehicle registration check and initiated a traffic stop near West Second Avenue in Letcher. Radio traffic included a check of a South Dakota license plate and a possible associated residence in a nearby building and apartment.
