Electrical box buzzing loudly behind 12th Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and police units were dispatched to an alley near the 400 block of 12th Street for a report of an electrical box on a pole that was open and loudly buzzing. Responding crews arrived to investigate the possible electrical hazard near a nearby residence.
