Man forces way into Lewiston apartment, steals phone

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to an unwanted subject at an apartment building near Main St. A woman reported that a man she previously dated entered her apartment after she opened the door and allegedly took her phone by force before leaving on foot.
