Officers track spray painted Honda with antique plate

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers communicated about a suspected vehicle with an antique Ohio plate on an older, spray painted Honda, possibly with a bronze front passenger wheel. The vehicle was reported traveling outbound on Russell Cave Road away from New Circle Road around 6:00 p.m. A separate welfare check was mentioned at a residence on Raintree Drive.
