Juvenile on bicycle riding in roadway near Massachusetts Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Muzzey Street by Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a juvenile on a bicycle riding in the middle of the road and preventing a vehicle from passing. Units checked the area but did not locate the juvenile.
