Semi truck tire and brakes on fire on Highway 54

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report from a truck stop along Highway 54 near Liberal about a white semi with a trailer that apparently had a tire and brakes on fire. The driver reportedly removed the tire and then continued eastbound away from the area.
