Older woman fallen with stroke symptoms near Liberty

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical responders were sent to a home on Poplar Springs Road for a 71-year-old woman who had fallen and was reported to possibly be having a stroke, with numbness on one side and difficulty speaking.
