Agitated man reportedly has a .40-caliber firearm and flees on foot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dealing with an agitated man at a residence (exact address unclear) and attempted to verify a reported .40-caliber firearm using negotiators and a drone. The man was upset by the drone and reportedly struck it, then was reported walking westbound on Linnell Parkway wearing a white long T-shirt and khaki shorts. Units indicated they had him near Linnell Parkway and later referenced moving to the intersection of Smoke and Refugee.
