Man having a seizure near Kenan Street and US 401 South

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible seizure and cardiac arrest involving an adult male near Keenan Street and US 401 South in Lillington. CPR was started and multiple medical units, including an EMS supervisor and Medic 12, were dispatched to the scene.
