Multi-vehicle crash with van overturned in Lincoln City

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a traffic collision near southeast 9th Street and Highway 101 in Lincoln City involving two or three vehicles, including a dark gray SUV and a work van. At least one van was reported overturned, and at one point both vehicles were described as overturned, with unknown injuries and no occupants initially seen exiting the vehicles. Fire units and medics were dispatched, bystanders were present, and responders took command to investigate the situation.
