I'm going to have you guys both start for this disturbance then at 1312 Plum making contact with (name withheld) says there's a male who's on location trying to repossess his girlfriend's car. Our caller is being cooperative, however. The person trying to repossess the car is being verbal and they feel threatened and don't want to hand over the keys. We did get a call from the party trying to repossess the vehicle who claims that our caller is the one causing the disturbance. Party trying to repossess is going to be a 50-year-old white male.
