As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance was dispatched to urgent care near (number withheld) Railroad Street in Lincoln for a trauma call involving a 58-year-old male, conscious and breathing, with a head and neck injury possibly from a motor vehicle accident the previous day. The patient may have PTSD related to emergency calls.
