Man with breathing difficulty reported locked inside near Avenue D

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders received a medical call at an apartment near Avenue D in Lindale for a male patient reportedly having breathing difficulties and drinking. EMS could not access the residence, which was dead-bolted from outside, and no vehicles were present. Police were requested, but EMS did not make patient contact.
