Accidental 911 call from Park Ridge home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received an apparent 911 open line from a residence on Park Ridge Road in Lisbon. A female caller later reported that a family member’s phone was broken and another family member was trying to fix it. She said there was no emergency and that everything was okay, so the call was treated as a possible accidental 911 dial.
