Person seen jumping fence into neighbor’s yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man near Ringtail Drive in Little Elm. A caller at a nearby home reported a Black man in a (description withheld) and light (description withheld) jumping a fence and going into a neighbor’s side yard.
