Report of unconscious driver on I-495 found unfounded

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible medical emergency involving a black Ford Fiesta on I-495 south near the Route 2 eastbound ramp in Littleton. Initial reports said a female driver was unconscious at the wheel, but responders later indicated the situation did not appear to be a medical case.
